- Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all accounts will be suspended.
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 990k support immediately.
- Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is not permitted.
- Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
990k may request your National ID, passport, or mobile banking statement at any time for verification purposes. Failure to complete this KYC process may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
Our system automatically detects attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device or IP address. In such cases, the balances of all associated accounts may be forfeited.
3 Age Restriction & Eligibility
The 990k platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Access by minors is completely prohibited. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
990k reserves the right to verify the age of any member at any time. The following documents are accepted for verification:

- Valid Passport
- Driving License (must show date of birth)
If a member is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately. All deposited funds will be refunded, but any winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member. Any attempt to claim it through a new account will result in both accounts being terminated.

- For bets placed with bonus funds, the wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the game.
- Bonus usage limits for casino games and slot contribution rates are specified in the description of each individual game.
- Bonus offers have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the offer expires.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on the 990k platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Our gaming engine uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that every outcome is entirely random and unbiased.
- Cheating, use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
- If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be declared void and all bets will be refunded.
- For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is accepted will be considered final.
- Match fixing and the use of insider information when placing bets in Sports Betting are strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing bets on both sides of the same event ("arbitrage betting") is not permitted.
- If any fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be terminated and the balance forfeited.
990k reserves the right to review game logs at any time. In the event of a dispute, 990k's system logs shall serve as the definitive record.
